Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT)

What is FRT?

FRT, also known as the Rainbow Relaxation Routine, is an easy-to-learn relaxation routine based on Reflexology. It offers a variety of benefits for both children and adults. FRT equips you with the skills to deliver a short, repetitive relaxation routine that can be performed at a time that is convenient for you.

Individuals / Families

FRT 1-2-1 training for parents / carers of children / adults with additional support needs can be delivered from my treatment room or in the comfort of your home. Includes all the same training as covered in the FRT Group workshop.

Group Workshop

FRT Relaxation Workshop  are available to charities, community groups and businesses for up to 12 people

Group Workshop

The workshop will prepare you with the skills to deliver the structured FRT relaxation routine for the hands. The intention is for you to provide a positive touch activity to support the wellbeing of children in early years settings.
